Shannon Austin, President of Diamondback Plumbing, brings over 25 years of experience and leadership in the plumbing industry. He began his career in new construction in Tennessee before moving to Arizona to focus on plumbing service, where he developed a strong foundation in customer service, pricing, and field operations. In 2007, he was hired by Alliance Plumbing to launch and lead their service division, growing it into a $25 million operation with a reputation for reliability and long-term customer relationships. Shannon joined Diamondback in 2024, where he is guiding the company’s continued growth in the commercial sector while driving expansion into the multifamily market. His leadership is rooted in integrity, operational excellence, and a commitment to building high-performing teams.

Rodney Steenbock is the Service Manager at Diamondback Plumbing, bringing over 20 years of industry experience and a strong focus on team leadership, customer service, and operational efficiency. He began his plumbing career in 2004 after relocating to Arizona from Iowa and quickly found a passion for the trade. Rodney spent a decade in residential plumbing before joining Alliance Plumbing in 2014, where he advanced into supervisory roles and began working closely with Shannon Austin. In 2024, Rodney joined Diamondback Plumbing, where he now oversees service operations, manages field technicians, and ensures seamless customer experiences. Known for his hands-on leadership style and commitment to his team, Rodney blends field expertise with a strong customer-first approach that drives results and builds trust.

Sam Neitzelt is the Mechanical Manager at Diamondback Plumbing, where he leads a specialized team focused on large-scale chiller systems for multifamily and commercial properties. After earning his Associate Degree in 2011 and working in IT infrastructure, Sam shifted to the mechanical trades in 2015, apprenticing under Shannon Austin at Alliance Plumbing. He quickly rose through the ranks, eventually helping launch Alliance’s mechanical division. In 2024, Sam joined Diamondback to lead the growth of its mechanical services, bringing a client-focused approach that emphasizes energy efficiency, advanced system design, and long-term value.
